SHE makes good investments
You can all me a budgetnista!
I love sorting or organizing in general, but sorting money is by far one of my most favorite things to do. Each payday, the lump sum that's left after all those dreadful taxes are taken out, are all assigned a specific category.
Each dollar is accounted for so that I can be able to afford to do the things that are important to me.
Our time works the same way.
We only have a lump sum of 24 hours in the day. Some people like to use 6-8 hours of them sleeping, another 8 hours working, and the remaining 8-10 hours are free to do whatever they deem as necessary.
How do you invest that time?
Do you spend a lot of those "free" hours holding a grudge and scrolling on social media wondering why your life doesn't look like other people's?
Do you use that time to complain about how "there's never enough time in the day to get stuff done" instead of using what time you have to accomplish what you can.
Do you invest that time in other people, quiet time with God, or self-care activities that allow you to continue to pursue His purpose for your life.
We all have some freedom in determining how we spend our time every day. Take inventory of your 24 hours, and identify how you're using your hours each day to better capitalize on the investments that are important to you and to His Kingdom.
"Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is."
